Header svg not being served

I’m using the Flying Press plugin to serve images. Never had an issue before now.

Suddenly the svg header image I use isn’t being served and gives error 400 when I try the url.

Only affecting this single svg. Looks like the correct URL is being used too.

I can give a url privately?
